One thing that cracked me up that you sorta mentioned in passing ... When Kamala rattled off the list of former Trump allies who no longer support him and in fact actively warn against him, he claimed it was because they were fired, and weren't really good people. Then later he started to claim that he hired only the best people ... and sorta stumbled when he realized he had earlier said he had fired so many of them. That's where he tried to turn the fact of the low turnover in the B-H team into a negative of "you don't fire anyone" implying they have bad people and don't get rid of them (as opposed to just choosing better people to begin with). I was actually shocked that he seemed to remember something he had said earlier in the debate.
That also made me think about the Project 2025 bit... And this you did mention, even if he claims to not know anything about it, how is it a GOOD thing that he doesn't know the plans and motives of the people he's surrounding himself with?
Anyhow, I've never been into politics, and usually try to avoid the news because I want to avoid the anxiety, but since July 21st I've been all about the campaign! I watched the entire convention and the entire debate for the first time ever ... (My first presidential election was 1988, so I've ignored an awful lot of politics ...)
So thanks for all you do in meeting me informed and excited for our future!

No one really talks about, or perhaps I should say blames the Reich -wing evangelical church people for this mess! The same Evangelical - gun/second amendment folks, racist, bigoted, homophobic folks, who are fully against other Christian denominations. (Same God,,but who is counting, Folks. )
Because tRump truly keys into them somehow!?! But he's not officially religious? I guess his money pile sooths over the bumps? He keeps telling them he's "not Christian" yet they decided if he supports their looney toon, warped beliefs!?! So, part of what we're dealing with is "Freedom of Religion"!!!
Nancy - I’m surrounded by evangelicals. Although they hate and despise democrats in general, their number one issue is abortion. They are obsessed with it. This is the origin of democrats are murderers. Their churches have rammed this down their throats for 40 years. If a vile excuse for a human is willing to give them a total abortion ban that is okay with them. After all, god used the Persian king Cyrus to free the Israelites from bondage. Can’t even count how many times they’ve told me this. It’s sad and they are brainwashed.
